Castletown D-Day Centre in the movies!

We are proud to have supplied the iconic Bofors 40mm for major productions, including Captain America: The First Avenger (2010), HBO series Masters of the Air (2024), and Blitz (2024). Our expertise in historical and cinematic equipment ensures authenticity and quality for every project.

Included within our extensive collection of authentic WW2 artefacts are a range of props used in iconic Second Word War films, including prosthetic limbs from the opening beach scene of Saving Private Ryan (1998), and Jerry cans seen in the 2014 movie, Fury; filmed locally in Wareham, Dorset.
